Phoebe Ferguson, Executive Director, and Keith M. Plessy, President, represent the Plessy & Ferguson Foundation, a nonprofit civil rights organization started by the descendants of Homer Adolph Plessy and Judge John Howard Ferguson that works with community activists, historians, artists and local leaders in education, preservation and connecting communities to their local history.
