A Mindful Walk: Atlantic White Cedar Swamp Trail

Join a park ranger for a relaxed walk on the quiet Atlantic White Cedar Swamp Trail! Hear about some of the health benefits of spending mindful moments in nature while also learning about the natural history of this unique ecosystem. This is a 1.2 mile, moderately strenuous walk, with steps, steep grades, sand and uneven ground.  Be prepared for mosquitoes! Meet the ranger at the trailhead at the Marconi Station Site parking lot.
