Description

Enjoy a mindful winter morning focusing on the senses and nature journaling. Embrace the winter weather with Dr. Joe Blanda for a morning of nature journaling. After a brief walk outside, we will warm up by an indoor fire with hot tea and nature-inspired aromatherapy. Engaging all the senses, we will take time to reflect on our experience through guided nature journaling. Feel free to bring your favorite journal!

This event is part of the Nature Rx program. For more details on the program, please visit www.forcvnp.org/naturerx.
