OBATA ART WEEKEND

Join us in celebrating the extraordinary life of Japanese American artist Chiura Obata, including his watercolor and woodblock prints of Yosemite and his writings on "Great Nature.” This weekend will include artist workshops, guest speakers, ranger talks, interactive art, and more.

Registration required for Saturday workshops. All other programs are drop-in only and open to all!

Obata Exhibit at The Ansel Adams Gallery
The Ansel Adams Art Gallery is thrilled to have a special exhibit to showcase Yosemite National Park’s collection of Obata original pieces. Alongside a selection of Obata’s works, there will be high quality giclée reproduction prints for purchase. The exhibit runs from July 3 to 20.
