The Rise of the Wolf Moon over Lilly Bluff
Join our ranger for a night walk on January 26th at 6:45 p.m. (ET) on an easy out and back walk of 0.6 miles total on the Overlook Trail to view the rise of the Full Wolf Moon over the Clear Creek Gorge, viewed from the Lilly Bluff Overlook.
The Overlook trail leads through a peaceful hemlock forest where visitors can enjoy the sounds and smells of evening darkness before emerging out onto the boardwalk overlook at Lilly Bluff. From the overlook, visitors can enjoy a spectacular view of the Full Wolf Moon as it rises in the northeastern sky over the river gorge. You won't want to miss this opportunity to enjoy nature at night in an International Dark Sky Park!
Please bring a red-light headlamp or red-light flashlight. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are also welcome.

Location
Participants should meet at the Lilly Bluff Overlook Picnic Area parking lot, which is located just after crossing Lilly Bridge on Ridge Road in Morgan County, Tennessee.
