SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
9:30 A.M. - Military flag raising and cannon firing
10:00 A.M. - Historic games (greased pole climb, penny dive, sack race and 50-yard dash. Prizes will be awarded)
11:00 A.M. - "The Merchant Family” Concert
12:00 P.M. - National Salute (double cannon firing)
1:00 P.M. - Hank Cramer Concer
2:00 P.M. - Trotters Equestrian Drill Team
3:00 P.M. - Pony Express Program and Demonstrations
3:30 P.M. - “The Merchant Family” and Hank Cramer - Encore Presentations
4:30 P.M. - Junior Soldiers’ Drill (recommended for ages 7-12)
5:15 P.M. - Retreat Parade and Cannon Firing
ONGOING ACTIVITIES
9:30-7:00 - Cold Sarsaparilla, Root Beer, Birch Beer & Creme Soda at the Soldiers’ Bar
10:00-4:30 - Trader’s Store, Emigrant Wagon and Soldier’s Encampment Living History Stations Open
All Day - Picnic Area Open. Bring Your Own Picnic Lunch & Enjoy! (Food Service Will Not Be Available at the Park)
