About the artist:

Janine is a documentary photographer and filmmaker working for over 20 years in the US and abroad. Photo documentation and visual storytelling are second nature to her. In her words:

“As a documentary photographer, I look for those universal emotions we can all relate with. I observe life unfolding and use the camera to capture what is easily felt but difficult to portray: the extraordinary experience of being alive.”
