Description

The War of 1812 is one of the most significant turning points in Anishnaabe (Odawa, Ojibway and Potawatomi) history. This war, which the tribes fought against the United States, is often only seen as a British and American conflict. But it wasn’t. Tribes, including those from Michigan, played a major role in this war.
