Vampires of the Great Lakes
Join us for an eye-opening exploration of the invasive sea lamprey and its impact on the Great Lakes ecosystem. The evening will begin with a look at live sea lamprey – come see the creatures in person! Stay for the award-winning documentary The Fish Thief: A Great Lakes Mystery and learn about how this species has affected the Great Lakes, along with the tremendous work that has been accomplished in combatting the sea lamprey. After the film, visitors are invited to an engaging panel discussion with subject-matter experts that will delve deeper into the challenges and successes in managing sea lamprey.
