Join the Valley Forge Black Pot Chapter of the International Dutch Oven Society as they demonstrate cooking with cast iron Dutch Ovens. The members will compare cooking during the 19th century to modern cooking. Learn historic techniques still practiced today as well as how to modify historic receipes to today's kitchen.
