Let's go fishing! Join the National Park Service for a fun experience in West Palisades at scenic Sandy Point. It doesn't matter if you are a natural-born angler or a beginner, these fishing opportunities are just right for you. All ages are welcome for these catch-and-release programs. This is easy fishing suitable for elementary-aged children. If you are fishing in the river, a life vest is required. Adults (16+) are welcome to fish, too, but MUST POSSESS a Georgia fishing license.
