Description
The 2024 Total Solar Eclipse will be visible in the states of Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
From 11 AM – 1 PM, the park will have solar sunglasses and eclipse information available for visitors. There will also be a Sun Spotter telescope set up for safe solar viewing. Capulin Volcano will not experience a full eclipse; we will have a maximum of 79%. However, for those of you on the road, it is an amazing phenomenon to experience at any location!
