Special Event
Join us for our annual volunteer effort to place an American Flag on every headstone in Chalmette National Cemetery. Over 15,000 headstones will be honored throughout the Memorial Day Weekend. Groups of all sizes are welcome to volunteer. We will also need help taking down and rolling flags on June 3rd. Please e-mail Amanda Stedman at amanda_stedman@nps.gov to sign up.
