Fire Island Pines to Sunken Forest

Take the 9:25 ferry from Sayville to the F.I. Pines and meet up with a ranger at the ferry dock flagpole for a walk from the Fire Island Pines to Fire Island National Seashore, exploring the rich and varied natural and cultural landscape. You may return to the Pines on foot/by water taxi, or take the ferry from Sailors Haven back to Sayville. We ask the public to be our partner in recreating responsibly. Participants will be asked to follow CDC and local public health guidelines for COVID-19

The program will begin at the Fire Island Pines ferry dock. Access by private boat, or by public ferry from Sayville Ferry, River Road, Sayville, New York.
