Description

Stop by the St. Mary Visitor Center for a variety of Astronomy-related activities 10 am to 4 pm. Come talk to the team of Scientists from NASA and the Goddard Space Flight Center, make and take a planisphere, use 3D glasses to "explore" Mars, look through a solar telescope at the sun, particpate in an astronomical art project, and get a behind the scenes look at the Dusty Star Observatory. 

On Wednesday, September 4, stop by and say hello to the Glacier National Park Conservancy team who fully fund the park's astronomy program! 

Not all activities may be available for the duration of the event. 

This event is park of Astronomy Week 2024.
