Wingin' It Junior Ranger Program

Falcons, Eagles, and Orioles, oh my! All eyes on the sky (and the trees, bushes, and rivers), as Junior Rangers take on the role of a scientist to study birds in Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. Can they use binoculars and a field guide to identify the flash of red that just flew by?
