World War II: American Front
The majority of the fighting in World War II was fought on foreign shores in Europe and Asia, but it did come to America's shores. Spies and saboteurs bedeviled the FBI. Enemy submarines sank shipping right off of America's shores both on the East and West Coast. Alaskan islands were occupied by the Japanese Army. Come join a ranger on a tour of the World War II Memorial that will explore the forgotten stories of the American Front.
