Description
Join the National Park Service and our partner, Sadhana, for our monthly beach cleanup series, Project Prithvi! This cleanup will be one of many cleanup events happening simultaneously across the region in observance of International Coastal Cleanup Day. Become a steward for your park and help make Jamaica Bay a better place for all of us this year. Gloves, garbage bags, and pickers will be provided. Dress appropriately for weather – hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, close toed shoes and water are recommended. Heavy rain/thunderstorms cancel. Call 718-318-4340 for more information.
