Equality Weekend in Seneca Falls
On August 26, 1920, the 19th Amendment became part of the U.S. Constitution and the right to vote in the U.S. could no longer be denied on the basis of gender. The fight for women’s suffrage was successful, but it was complex and interwoven with issues of civil and political rights for all Americans. Join us for Equality Weekend, as we commemorate the 100 years of women's vote and the centennial of the 19th Amendment! More details to come, but you don't want to miss it!
