Description
Join AARP Ohio and the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park for a mindful nature walk led by Dr. Saira Ismail! This 45-minute walk will be under one mile in length. Please note that the Ledges Trail is not wheelchair accessible. It is hilly with an unpaved surface.

Parking/directions: Parking is available at the Ledges Trailhead: 405 Truxell Road, Peninsula, Ohio 44264. We will meet at the trailhead kiosk, which is located just north of the main parking lot.
What to wear/bring: Please wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes that you do not mind getting dirty if conditions are muddy.
Weather: This is a rain or shine event, so please dress accordingly so that you are comfortable. In the case of severe weather (lightning, hail, storms, etc.) we will cancel or postpone. Participants will be notified of any event changes via email.
