Special Event
160 years to the day that fighting erupted in the fields and forests near Murfreesboro, living historians will offer visitors a chance to experience the sights, sounds and smells of the Battle of Stones River.
Each program will feature a facet of the battle story told through the letters and diaries of soldiers who struggled on this ground 160 years ago.
