Star Party (East District)
Explore Saguaro National Park after dark at our Star Party! Drop in any time from 7pm to 9pm to view the night sky on telescopes run by the Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association and participate in ranger-led activities such as a scavenger hunt through the cacti with a blacklight. This event has something for visitors of all ages. Carpooling and bringing your own flashlight are encouraged. This is an accessible program, although there is an incline on the paved pathway to the telescopes.
Event takes place at the Rincon Mountain Visitor Center.
Fees
Standard entry fees apply; purchase a park pass online or at the entrance station next to the Rincon Mountain Visitor Center if needed. America the Beautiful passes are accepted.
