More than 600 women disguised themselves as men to fight in the American Civil War. This documentary film tells their stories through the women's own letters, diaries, and testimonials. "The Forgotten Grave" also follows the lives of other women who took part in the Civil War, such as nurses, spies, and other brave heroines. Runtime: 58 minutes.
The viewing will be held in the Visitor Center, located along Riverside Drive, to the west of the memorial, beneath the overlook pavillion. Admission is free, but seating is limited.
