Bird Walk
Join us for a Ranger-led birding walk along Lowell’s waterways! This program will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday June 20th at the Boott Cotton Mills Museum, (115 John Street).
This walk is designed for first-time birders as well as more experienced folks. Over the course of 1.5 hours and approximately 1.5 miles of walking, work with rangers to identify common birds of the area and learn the basics of birding. We will have some birding supplies on hand (such as binoculars and field guides) to lend out for the duration of the walk. Please feel free to bring your own if you have them!
Please dress for the weather, wear comfortable walking shoes, bring plenty of water and anything else you may need to safely enjoy your walk.
