Description
During World War II, the United States government forcibly detained Japanese Americans in internment camps. These camps were created in response to fears of espionage and sabotage following the attack on Pearl Harbor. However, these actions were deemed unconstitutional.
The Japanese who fought and worked in the war effort showed true patriotism and resilience to overcome this tyranny. The history of these events can still be felt today.
