Join us for the anniversary of the 15-minute skirmish at Jumonville Glen with an encampment on the battlefield. There will be British, French and Native camps where you can talk with people about life in the 18th century. Flintlock musket firings and artillery demonstrations will take place at 11 AM, 1 PM and 3 PM.

The Fort Necessity Visitor Center will be open both days of the encampment from 9 AM to 5 PM, and the grounds and trails will be open sunrise to sunset.

Walk 300 yards from the Visitor Center to the battlefield and reconstructed fort where a 22-year-old George Washington walked on to the pages of history!
