Imagine living at the crossroads of community, culture, and industry during Calumet’s mining era and how it relates to life today.

*Closed-toed shoes are recommended for this partially unpaved route.

  • Meet at the Calumet Visitor Center.
  • Ranger programs last about one hour and cover approximately one mile.
  • Water and sunscreen are recommended.
  • In the event of inclement weather or staffing shortages, programs will be cancelled. 
  • Program topics subject to change based on staffing needs.
