Description
Join Park Rangers and partners for a day highlighting safety in the outdoors! Rangers will teach you how to beat the heat, plan like a park ranger and what to carry! Hands on activities and crafts will be available.
The local Coast Gaurd Auxillery will be providing free paddle craft inspections, water safety information, and helping you find and fit the right lifevest!
Great Falls Fire and Rescue will provide fire safety programming, gear demonstrations, and hands on safety skills that may save a life when disaster strikes.
Horse Mounted Patrol, a specialized section of the US Park Police, will be in with their equine partners. Meet the teams that patrol on horse back and learn how they keep their partners safe while serving the public.
