Moth Night

Did you know that there are more species of moths in North America than there are birds in the world? Join us for an after-hours peek around our pollinator garden and visitor center to see some of Jamaica Bay’s incredible moth diversity! Long sleeves and pants are recommended, no other equipment required but feel free to bring flashlights and/or headlamps. Moth Night program to be preceded by Sunset Walk, which begins at 7:00pm. Please note that the Visitor Center will be closed during the program.
