This inspiring show celebrates the legacy of Harriet Tubman through the eyes of contemporary artists, offering a rich visual journey that reflects the spirit of resilience, resistance, and hope.

The exhibit opens with a powerful community reception on Saturday, June 29th, from 1–6 PM, and will remain on display through September 30th. Located at 3030 Center Drive Cambridge MD, just minutes from other major Tubman landmarks, the Freedom Center invites you to experience a unique cultural space that uplifts both history and imagination.

Featuring the work of local and regional Black artists, Taste of Freedom showcases a vibrant mix of paintings, photography, mixed media, and installations that engage themes of identity, memory, and social justice.
