Description
Walk the beach at low tide and peer into the strange lives of intertidal creatures. Each walk will begin from the trailhead sign. Second Beach is an 0.7-mile walk through the forest to the beach with 200’ of elevation loss (~2 hours). Tidepool exploration involves exposure to coastal hazards including cold water, slippery and loose rocks, and marine life.
