In celebration of Free Fishing Day in New York, join Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River at the Narrowsburg DEC Boating Access for tips and tricks on safely fishing the river, casting practice, and fun hands-on activities for kids, including the chance to earn their very own Junior Ranger Angler Badge!
