Description

Join Professor Robert Forrant and Ranger Sebastian Cardona for a tour and conversation on Colombian immigration in the Mogan Cultural Center (40 French Street). Though many migrants and immigrants came to Lowell to find work, some were specifically recruited. Cardona will share his insights and research on the settlement and evolution of the Colombian community in Lowell. Free and open to all.

This talk is made possible with funds from Mass Humanities. 

Free parking is located at 304 Dutton Street, a 10 minute walk from the museum. On Sundays street parking is also free in metered spaces.
