Calling all Junior Anglers! Interested in learning about the fish that live in the Rocky Mountains? Want to learn how to fish?
Prospective junior anglers are invited to attend Rocky's Junior Angler Program every Thursday beginning July 7 through August 4. This is a free public program great for kids of all ages.
Program participants will learn about the safety and ethics of fishing, learn about fish species living in the park, practice fishing from shore, and maybe even make a catch! Participates can even earn a Junior Angler Badge!
Meet at the West Alluvial Fan Parking Area, located on the east side of RMNP off of Endovalley Road near Horseshoe Park, by 8:45 am. All fishing gear is provided. This is a 90-minute program.
Anyone 16 and older must have a Colorado Fish and Wildlife permit to fish in Rocky Mountain National Park.

90 minute program, the program will kick off at 9 am and wrap up at 10:30 am. Participants are encouraged to arrive early and the Park Ranger will be greeting participants beginning at 8:45 am.
