4th Annual Raptorama Festival

See and celebrate hawks, falcons, eagles, owls, and other birds of prey. Learn about raptor behavior, biology, and migration, as well as where to find many species around the city. Activities include a presentation of live hawks and owls provided by a local rehabilitation center, and a visit to the hawk watch platform at Fort Tilden, Queens (must provide your own transportation).

Consistent with CDC guidance, visitors to Gateway National Recreation Area are required to wear a mask indoors and in crowded outdoor spaces, regardless of vaccination status or community transmission levels.
