MVB Unplugged: No electricity needed for these charming 19th century games and crafts for the whole family.
Take a break from your devices and enjoy a weekend Victorian-style! Visit Martin Van Buren NHS on July 22-23 and August 5-6 from 10a.m. to 3p.m. for some Victorian-style fun!
There will be crafts for all ages, including supplies to make friendship bracelets, thaumatropes, and more.
Additionally, there will be 19th century games available for visitors to give a try! Can you master the graces, cup & ball, or Jacob’s Ladder? Try your hand at historic lawn games from the 19th century that Van Buren's grandchildren would have played during the warm summer months. Stop by and give them a try.
