Description

In year’s past, the dough bowl was each woman’s equipment for crafting biscuits, yeast rolls, or piecrusts, and was a symbol of her mastery of cooking. You can learn to carve your very own primitive dough bowl.  Participants will learn layout and design, the care and use of hand tools, several carving techniques, as well as bowl care and finishing. This is considered an intermediate woodworking class and previous experience with hand tools is required. Class is limited to 6 people on a first come first serve basis.  Call today to reserve your place!
