Description

The end of winter and the coming of spring was a busy time for homesteaders, full of various activities; which, included plowing, planting and various chores.  Here at Homestead National Monument of America we welcome spring with similar anticipation for all the activities the change of weather can afford us.

Celebrate the Coming of Spring with us and NET, Nebraska's PBS and NPR stations, at Spring LIVE.  The grounds will be ‘spring’ing with activity. The event will include numerous booths featuring: activities, crafts, and abundant information on the different citizen science organizations, their projects and how to get involved. It will also highlight the many ways Citizen Scientists can get involved at Homestead National Monument of America.
