Join us at Navajo Bridge Interpretive Center for an in depth history of the architecture and the people involved in the construction of this remote, but essential travel post.

Three stations along the walk provide informative presentations:

  1. Kathy Hays discusses the origin of the Navajo Bridge Interpretive Center and the observation deck.
  2. Bridge engineer Jerry Cannon covers the 10 years of planning and preparation required for construction of the 1995 secondary bridge.
  3. Pauline Wilson offers insight on the contributions of the Navajo Nation in completing both the 1929 and 1995 bridges.

Attendees are advised to bring water and dress accordingly for this outdoor venue. Shuttle services available on a first come, first served basis courtesy of the Page Public Library. For more info, visit PagePublicLibrary.org
