Kids Fishing Event
Presented by the Cumming Kiwanis Club and Forsyth Cumming Optimist Club
Join us for a fun filled Kids Fishing event at Lower Pool Park! Georgia DNR will be stocking 2,500 rainbow trout so there will be plenty of chances to reel in a big one. No gear, no problem! Fishing poles will be provided to participants.
Hurricane Helene note: This event takes place just below Buford Dam, where water is flowing from the bottom of Lake Lanier and will be safe for fishing. It will not have the post-storm bacteria levels or flow rates of river sites further downstream.
Location: Lower Pool Park
Restrictions: No dogs.
Facilities: Restrooms are located in the parking lot.
