Come to the Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail table to learn about how women supported the war effort during the American Revolution and garnered patriotism in the colonies through needlework and home spinning. 

Commemorate the American War for Independence as it happened in St. Mary's County, home of the only Revolutionary War battle to occur in Maryland! Find exhibits and displays related to local 18th century history, food trucks, educational and period programing, kids and family activities, reenactors, period encampment, military demonstrations and much more.

This event is part of the Southern Maryland Semiquincentennial, Maryland's 250th and America 250th celebrations! It commemorates Southern Maryland's contributions to our nation's founding.
