Description

Join our friends' group the Hamilton Partnership for Paterson to celebrate international womens day on Saturday, 3/8 at 10AM with breath work, meditation, affirmations, and gentle movement to take care of you! A special guest will also provide health education to enhance awareness of holistic health models and practices.
