Description

Join the Tuskegee Institute National Historic Site for the grand reopening of the George Washington Carver Museum—a day dedicated to honoring the legacy of Dr. Carver’s scientific and educational contributions. The celebration will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:00 AM, followed by guided museum tours, engaging partner-led activity stations, and interactive exhibits for students and visitors of all ages.

Partners include AMSTI, Alabama Technology in Motion, the Macon County Extension Office, and the Alabama Peanut Producers Association. This free event is open to the public. Visitors are asked to follow all Tuskegee University campus access policies.
