Junior Ranger Day
Are you familiar with the Junior Ranger program for the National Park Service? It is a great way to learn about Cape Lookout National Seashore! By doing fun activities, usually in a book, you will earn your own Junior Ranger badge!
Join a Ranger for Junior Ranger Day! Come to the Harkers Island Visitor Center between 10:00am and 4:00pm at 1800 Island Road, Harkers Island, NC 28531 to earn multiple Cape Lookout Junior Ranger badges. Visitors will work through different activities and learn about the many different aspects of Cape Lookout National Seashore. Once they complete their workbook, they will earn their badge. The activity should take about 20 minutes.
