Former Harpers Ferry NHP ranger David Fox leads this two hour hike visiting sites of significance to African American and Civil War History. Tour held in partnership with the Appalachian Trail Conservancy (ATC) and the Harpers Ferry - Bolivar Flip Flop Festival.
