25th Annual September 11 Observance: Morning Observance

The Morning Observance will be held from 8:30–10:30 a.m. at the Wall of Names and includes the reading of the names of the Flight 93 passengers and crew members, followed by the ringing of the Bells of Remembrance. The public is invited to reflect on the attacks in New York City, Arlington, and Shanksville. Events will be held rain or shine.

Visitors are encouraged to arrive early and allow ample time to park and walk to the event site. All visitors on September 11 will park in designated lots and shuttle to and from the event. Accessible buses are available to accommodate wheelchairs.

The observance ceremony is free and open to the public.
