Cultural Demonstrator Leonard Yellow Horse

Wood carver, Leonard Yellow Horse, is planning to demonstate and sell his art Labor Day weekend. He wll be in the visitor center from 9:30am-4:30pm each day, Saturday, Aug. 30, Sunday, Aug. 31, and Monday, Sept. 1

Mr. Yellow Horse is a registered member of the Oglala Lakota tribe. He fashions his carvings on his native people out of cottonwood.
