Description
Visit the encampments of the 124th New York and the U.S. Army Signal Corps at the Eastern Front Visitor Center Saturday, September 6 and Sunday, September 7! These living historians will be depicting the common soldiers' life during the siege and demonstrating how signal flags helped revolutionize battlefield communication.
Free living history programs will be offered all weekend! Infantry programs will be at 10 am and 2 pm both days and signal flag demonstrations will be at 11 am and 3 pm both days. The living historians will also be in their encampments for informal programs and conversations throughout the event.
Programs are weather permitting and schedule is subject to change.
