Cape Cod Modern Houses (Fall Fling Event)

Starting in the late 1930s, the outer Cape attracted some of the prime movers of modern architecture, who built houses for themselves and friends in the secluded pinewoods. 

Join the Cape Cod Modern House Trust for an open house at the Kugel/Gips House. Visit this modern house, fully restored by the Cape Cod Modern House Trust and designed by by Charlie Zehnder in 1970, partly inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s work.
