Large decorated wooden bison will be on display from for the entire month of November. Pullman State Historic Site grounds are open from sunrise to sunset. The Pullman National Monument Visitor will have the bison education display available on November 5th during opening hours from 9AM - 5PM.


Description

Join us for National Bison Day on November 5th at 3PM! Pullman National Monument and State Historic Site will be joining in celebration with Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie on their annual Bison Crawl. If you would like to join the day as an artist, check out the guidelines below!

On November 19th at 1PM, we will also have our guest speaker Christina Henderson, Prairie Supervisor, USDA Forest Service, Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie presenting “The Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie Bison Project”.
